Todd Allen's law firm's billable hours at not so Goode and Adamcyzk has now resulted in the Residences at Coconut Pont, LLC going into foreclosure. This company called Patten Sales & Marketing, LLC bought out the 100 or so condos at the Residences at Coconut Point. So by effect, this means Todd Allen and his law firm charged so many billable hours to this entity, the entity defaulted on their bank notes.
This means the two HOA associations here are screwed since the Residences conned the homeowners in a rigged election to give the Residences a forebearance for six years on the money they owe to the two assocations. So, now all the owners who were stupid enough to get conned by the developer, now get screwed by them.
More than likely, since the Residences are short of money, Todd Allen and his law firm are going to have to scum the local water to get any cash from their client. Bummer for Todd Allen and not so Goode & Adamcyzk getting paid by the Residences. I am assuming the developer of the Residences is screwing a whole bunch people and more than likely, will be filing a federal bankruptcy, to which I will file a claim.
Further, more than likely, there will be a huge class action lawsuit filed again, against the developer that will result in years of litigation making other scumbag lawyers lots of money in billable hours. I would not be buying any condos at the Residences for quite a while due to all the scumbag billable hours and all the litigation that should be forthcoming.
