What is the definition of a scumbag?

Scumbag can be:

• A dysphemism for a contemptible person
• A used condom
• "Scumbag", a song performed by Green Day for the American Pie 2 soundtrack.

If you are one of the few people on the planet earth that knows what a dsyphemism is, apply to Mensa right away.  Clearly, you are qualified to join. If you have never heard of this word in your entire life, join my club-the land of the normal people.
